let the summer begin!!!

 

It is official, Nora is done with kindergarten and Caleb is done with K3 preschool. Summer time is here! I know there should be some reflection on the fact that my kids are getting older, that my oldest is done with kindergarten. But I am too busy planning our summer. There is so no sad in summer, not at all. It is all happiness and sunshine.

I am fortunate enough to be a stay at home Mom so I am dreaming of sleeping in (a little), water fights, walks to the park, laying in the grass, trips to the zoo, swimming in lake's, pools, gardening, sand castle building, popsicle's, bare feet, hands and legs so dirty they turn the bath water brown. Oh yeah my mind is there. Summer! We get to do it all "In summeeeerrrrrr" And yes that was my Olaf from Frozen impression.

I know in the fall I will be holding back tears as I send my little girl off to first grade, my Caleb off to pre K, and my littlest little Gavin off to K3. But that is light years away, I am not even going there. It is summer!
